How often data updates

Freshness depends on the broker and data type: EXANTE NAV updates once per minute, while trades and reports follow their own schedules.

What it is. EXANTE account NAV updates once per minute. Current account value and NAV-based metrics can therefore move during the day, and watcher triggers based on NAV usually fire within a minute.

Full synchronization of trades and cash operations runs separately. For a watched EXANTE account it usually runs every 1–2 hours; other EXANTE accounts synchronize less often. Trade-, instrument- and cash-flow triggers can therefore lag behind NAV.

Interactive Brokers supplies data through a Flex report once daily at end of day; this is a limitation of the broker source. MT4/MT5 updates through account readings on the account's schedule.

The latest-update time tells you when the displayed values were measured. Fresh NAV does not mean every new trade has already arrived; the two data layers update at different rates.

How we compute it

For EXANTE, we track the latest NAV time separately from the latest full trade synchronization. NAV-based analytics update once per minute, while trades and cash operations update after a full synchronization. Interactive Brokers adds a new point once daily at end of day.
