An AI assistant for your accounts (API & MCP)

Create a key in Settings and your AI assistant (Claude, for example) can read your accounts' statistics and answer questions about your trading. Read-only: nothing can be changed or deleted.

What this is. Modern AI assistants — Claude, Cursor and others — can connect to outside services and work with their data. PnL Plus supports that bridge (it is called MCP): you create a personal access key, add it to your assistant, and it starts seeing your statistics the same way you see them in the cabinet. From then on you can simply talk to it about your accounts.

Why it is useful. The assistant can act as your external risk manager or analyst. Ask it: “What happened on my account this week?”, “Is my drawdown growing, and why?”, “Which playbook do I trade worst?”, “How much did I pay in commissions this month?” — it pulls the actual numbers from your journal and answers from facts, not from memory.

What the assistant sees. Your list of accounts with current equity and drawdown, dashboard metrics and insights, the equity curve, trades together with your notes, tags and playbooks, the calendar, behavioral analytics, deposits and withdrawals, and open positions. All amounts come in each account's own currency.

Why it is safe. Access is strictly read-only — like an accountant who was shown a report: the assistant cannot open a trade, edit a note or delete an account; the key simply has no such powers. The key is shown once, at creation — store it like a password. If it ever ends up in the wrong hands, open Settings and revoke it with one click: access stops immediately. The server stores only a fingerprint of the key, never the key itself.

How to connect. Open Settings → API & MCP, press “Create key” and copy it. Right there, in the “How to connect” block, you will find ready-made lines for popular apps — Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop: pick yours, copy it and paste it where the app asks. It is usually a single step — the assistant connects on its own after that.

For technical users. This is a standard MCP server: URL https://pnl.plus/mcp, Streamable HTTP transport, the key travels in the Authorization: Bearer header. Any MCP client will work. You can keep up to 10 active keys — for example, one per app, so they can be revoked independently.
