Trading Health

Trading Health shows account behavior quality on a 0-100 scale without directly rewarding raw return.

What it is. Trading Health is a 0-100 behavior score. It deliberately does not reward raw return; it asks whether the way the account produced its history looks stable.

Why it matters. A profitable account can still be fragile if drawdown is deep, monthly results are erratic or losing trades are held much longer than winning trades. Health keeps that quality visible beside money metrics.

How it works here. The score combines Risk, Consistency and Discipline. Risk uses 12-month equity/NAV drawdown and profit concentration. Consistency checks profitable-month share and erratic monthly returns. Discipline checks losing-trade duration versus winning duration and lot growth after losses. A high value means those checks look controlled; a low value points to behavior risk even when total P&L is positive.

Example: Health 76/100 means drawdown is small, most months are positive and discipline has no heavy penalties. Health 38/100 means the account may have made money, but risk is high, months are uneven or losing trades are held much longer than winners.

How we compute it

Health Score = 40% Risk + 30% Consistency + 30% Discipline. Risk maps 12-month equity/NAV max drawdown from <= 5% near 100 to >= 50% near 0, with a concentration penalty. Consistency maps profitable non-zero months from about 40% near 0 to about 90% near 100, with a penalty for highly erratic monthly returns. Discipline maps loss/win holding duration from <= 1x near 100 to >= 4x near 0, with a penalty for lot growth after losses. The weights may be calibrated as monitored accounts accumulate.
